First opened in 2011, this Tier 2 data centre is located at City Reach, Greenwich View, Isle of Dogs. It's easily accessible by road and rail and has car parking available.
It's location enables a very low latency (<1ms) connection direct to the internet backbone in Docklands and diverse, carrier class links back to Telehouse North and Telehouse East.
The site uses leading edge N+1 UPS technology (the Carbon Trust endorsed Rotary UPS system), N+1 generators and is accredited to ISO9001 , ISO27001 and PCI standards.
Fire detection and suppression is also top quality - with the latest in VESDA (very early smoke detection apparatus) fire detection complimented by the use of FM-200 non-conductive fire suppression agent which is clean, colourless, and ecologically friendly as well as harmless for human exposure. It also leaves no residue on equipment.
